A new way to keep our kids in fit is been trained in a school in atlanta, kids get to walk laps in the gym in order to maintain them with it exercising routine.An study by the American Medical Association, show that bad health habits, such as lack of exercise, often start in the teen years and worsen in the adulthood.
The study was base on a survey of males and females. About 16% of children are overweight and that number is rising.in our nation young people are in large measure, unactive, unfit , and increasingly overweight .
Also the CDC have learn that about one thirdof high school students don't participate in their typical week exercise. If our childrens start exercising early it would be a normal routine to follow.
